Maksimal temperatur på kontoret: Fra disse grader er det gratis
Den såkalte arbeidsplassforordningen har klare regler for maksimale temperaturer på kontoret. Helsen må ikke lide, og arbeidsgiveren er forpliktet til å gi hjelpemidler. Teknisk regel A3.5 sier:
- Aller først må alle vinduer og takvinduer være skjermbare - for eksempel med persienner - for å beskytte mot direkte sollys.
- Fra 26 grader Celsius: Fra denne temperaturen må arbeidsgiveren i det minste motvirke solen og dermed varmen med refleksinnretninger eller mørklagt glass. Planter kan også stå foran vinduene som solbeskyttelse.
- Fra 30 grader celsius: Hvis temperaturen stiger til over 30 grader, må en ventilasjon eller i beste fall et klimaanlegg være tilgjengelig. Men løs klær og kjølig drikke kan også være nok.
- Fra 35 grader Celsius: Nå som et rom anses som urimelig for kontorarbeid, ville arbeidsgiveren måtte sørge for passende vernetøy. Imidlertid er dette vanligvis for dyrt og kontoret er vanligvis stengt uten videre. Så snart temperaturen synker under 35 grader, kan arbeidet fortsette.
- Personer med redusert helse eller gravide kan be om passende tiltak ved 26 grader. Det må også være tillatt å forlate kontoret.
- Hvis reglene ovenfor ikke overholdes, kan du inngi en klage til arbeidsrådet. Å informere arbeidsgiveren på forhånd om høye temperaturer kan heller ikke skade - i det minste er arbeidsstemningen behagelig.
